Our preschool operates under a set of bylaws that guide our community and board. A copy is available to any family or community member upon request—just contact us.

Nonprofit and tax-exempt status

Our school is incorporated as a nonprofit organization in Pennsylvania and recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt nonprofit (EIN: 23-1686434). We’re happy to share copies of our Articles of Incorporation and IRS Determination Letter with any family or community member upon request.
